The refund policy for malpack subscriptions.
If malpack is not right for you, you can have your money back.

Every plan starts with a 14-day evaluation that needs no card, so you can decide before you pay anything.
Refunds
- Your first payment. Ask within 30 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full.
- An annual renewal. Ask within 30 days of the renewal and we will refund it in full.
- Monthly renewals are not refunded. Cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Where the law gives you more, for example a statutory right to withdraw, you have it in addition to this policy.
How to ask
Write to hello@halioc.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Our reseller, Paddle, processes the refund to your original payment method, normally within a few days of approval.
After a refund
The plan ends when the refund is issued. malpack keeps scanning on the free terms, and your findings stay yours.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, whose buyer terms also apply.
